This is one of the restaurants where I felt I slept on so I'm glad we finally got to try it tonight. This casual Italian spot delivered a solid dining experience. The bruschetta was a standout--fresh and flavorful. Service was excellent; our server was incredibly sweet. I had the Chicken Parmesan, while decent, leaned a bit on the bland side, and the chicken itself was slightly dry. Portion sizes were reasonable--not overwhelmingly large. Pricing was fair, especially since they only offer beer and wine, making the meal more affordable without cocktails. Overall, a pleasant and budget-friendly option for a relaxed Italian meal.

Really good from-scratch home recipes from my experience, and locally owned/operated. Very kind people and very hard working. The building and dining area are small but they did a great job making the best of the space available. The parking lot is small in the front but lots of parking around the building I highly recommend avoiding arriving in their last hour of operation. For example: if they close at 9pm then don't come in after 8 or 815pm. If you read this and decide to test this and get turned away then I hope your guilt eats you alive, but if you feel dismissed or angry then you should definitely go fly a kite in traffic The sauce is really incredible, and the dish preparation is full of goodness and it reflects their care and appreciation to serve their food to customers. Their attention is given to customers kindly through the entire visit every time. They have one tv and it usually has sports on. They take reservations and they offer catering services. If you have a large group they will work with you to accommodate.

I definitely see why all the good reviews! This place was so good, it's quiet and a great place to sit and have a meal. Would be a great place for any special events! The service was amazing too, all the bread we could eat and our drinks were always full. I would love to come back here again in the future

I was in from out of town and needed an Italian fix. I ordered a chicken parmigiana sub and Caesar salad. The deal as was fresh, crisp and great dressing. The sub was hot, great tomato sauce and good amount of fresh juicy chicken and cheese. Roll was crispy. Nice local family style restaurant that was very busy...

My wife suggested we have something delivered, and after settling on Italian comfort food we chose Frankie's. Neither of us had eaten here previously, but we will definitely frequent here in the future. First and foremost, the house dressing is as good as the other reviews have mentioned. The house salad was fresh and crisp, and this is hands-down the best Italian house dressing I've had. My wife ordered linguine with marinara while I chose the bolognese. I thought the additional charge for fettuccine pasta was unusual, and if I was going to pay an upcharge I would have preferred a tagliatelle. That said, my wife raved about hers and I thought the bolognese very good. I do wish they would have tossed the pasta in the sauce, but that's a minor thing. And the cannolo... I tend to shy away from local cannoli because they are passable at best. Tonight I thought, "Why not?" and ordered one. It was every bit as good as NYC cannoli I've had in Little Italy. The tube had just the right crunch and the ricotta (with chocolate chips) was smooth without the least hint of graininess. This was an unexpectedly good meal.
